Joyce K. Carlozzi

Joyce serves as the Executive Assistant and Controller at Carlozzi Financial Services, where she oversees the firm’s daily operations, manages accounting functions, and supports client servicing and business processing. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Youngstown State University and a strong background as a Senior Accountant and Controller across various industries, Joyce brings extensive experience and a detail-oriented approach to the team.

Having supported the company in a part-time capacity for over 25 years, Joyce joined the firm full-time at the end of 2020. Her passion for client service and operational excellence plays a key role in ensuring that clients across generations receive the personal attention and care they deserve.

Joyce resides in Poland, OH, with her husband, Mark. They have three grown children. In her free time, Joyce enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family.
